Return Policy

Returns and Exchange

You have 3 business days to issue a refund ticket from the arrival date.

All returned product(s) or item(s) must comply with our following return policy:

• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have no visible signs of wear or use.
• Returned items must be in its original packaging, with the tag on its original position.
• Discounted items are final and therefore cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Send us an email at info@badawiah.com inquiring a return ticket with your full name, and order number.
2. Print out the shipping label you will receive by email.
3. Send the returned item(s) to us by using the label provided to the address provided.

Depending on your payment method, please allow 10 business days for the refunded transaction. Badawiah is not responsible for the return shipping fees.
